Me in 1961 at my first station, WN4BAC: Philmore CR5-AC and Globe Scout Deluxe running 75 watts (the max a Novice could run). I had two crystals for 40 meters: 7165 kHz and 7175 kHz and one that would work on 15 meters (don't remember that frequency!). Since we were "rock-bound" it was usual to tune the entire Novice band after calling CQ.

I shared the station with my brother, Alton, whose call sign was WN4BAD.

Notice the big 10" speaker in a cardboard box!

This is my Hy-Gain TH5-MK2 that was installed in June 2016. It is at 52' above the ground.

There is now a sidearm on the tower at 40' that supports inverted vee antennas for 80M, 40M, 30M, 17M, and 12M.

My favorite mode is still CW, but will occasionally run SSB and digital modes.
